I have always been intrigued in the human anatomy. Once I finished high school I became a quailifed Personal trainer with Certificate III and IV in Fitness. Being a qualified Personal Trainer helped a lot with an understanding of movement and exercise. To help my PT clients, I wanted to understand on a different aspect of muscular tension so I studied Cert IV and a Diploma to become a Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a better understanding of posture, postural chains, trigger points and gait.
I started working as a volunteer at aged care centres providing gentle massages to residents and worked for mobile massage companies. Wanting a more permanent job I began working for two separate clinics and loved the idea of providing massage in the comfort of people’s homes, so I became my own boss whilst I gained experience in the massage clinics. To further my knowledge, I went to London to begin training at the prestigious Steiner Academy for Personal training and Massage over the course of two months to work onboard the cruise ship The Oasis of the Seas: Royal Carribbean.
It was definitely a fantastic experience and got to meet many new people from all across the world and gained qualifications in Hot Stones Massage, Bamboo Massage and more! Coming back home to Australia I decided to open my new clinic 'Kneading Knots Massage' in 2020 and opened up my business clinic within the Kalamunda Wellness Centre.
Starting in 2021 I began studying at Curtin University to obtain my Bachelor of Science and Honours in Occupational Therapy (finish 2025). I am also studying Dry Needling Course and a Cupping course. I am always improving my knowledge to help my clients to reach their goals.

Bamboo Massage
The bamboo cane replaces the therapist's hands, and it is used to give a deep, firm massage. The cane is held by the therapist and rolled over the muscle with the same strokes they would use with their hands. The muscle is then kneaded, which assists in the release of tension and easing of knots.
